Donald Trump plans to build world-class links golf course in Scotland

At present thousands of local residents and businesses are simply assuming that Donald Trump will be granted permission to build a world-class links course in Scotland. Sadly, this is'nt the case - without local support there is a possiblity this will not go to plan:-

One person could be all it would take for a decision to be made either positively or negatively, by showing that you support Trump you could be the one that makes the difference.

it is a fact that at the moment in Aberdeen there is not only a lack of regular tourism but also a lack of accomodation, what is Aberdeen best known for at the moment? Oil... and industry. We therefore would like you to offer your support of the following.

"We believe that the Trump brand will put the North East of Scotland on the global golfing map and will create a destination for golfers, business users, conference and events organisers and leisure users alike. It will attract tourism business from all over the world and diversify the economy greatly."

It is also a fact that as and when the oil prices fluctuate industry in Aberdeen regularly feels the impact, which will inevitably continue to happen. We therefore would like you to offer your support of the following.

"The economic benefits that this development will bring to Aberdeenshire and Scotland as a whole are monumental. Thousands of jobs will be created and with an inward investment of £1 billion, this will boost the North East’s economy dramatically.."

There have been certain reservations for this development, number one would be the impact to the sensitive ecology of the site, we believe that with sufficent conservation plans the Trump International course should and would be a sucess to the lesser detrement of the local suroundings. We therefore ask you to support the following

" The Trump Organisation has shown its dedication to the environment and is committed to working with the environmentalists moving forward. I / we believe that a golf resort and the environment can co-exist happily. "

While considering the substantial benefits to the local and national economy and local and national tourism markets along side Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshires natural history we feel that Donald Trump's plans for the new world-class course in the North Of Scotland cannot simply be yet another missed opportunitiy. We therefore ask you finally to support the following.

"It is our firm hope that the councillors will consider this application as a ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunity and grasp it with both hands "
